To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今晚心血來潮，決定去「住家菜」試吓啲家傳秘製嘅順滑美饌🍲。嘩嘩嘩，先有碗西洋菜湯上嚟，瞓身一啖湯，夠晒鮮甜，完全唔覺得有啲啲假假味精味👍。跟住上場嘅係土魷蒸肉餅，賣相唔俗，蒸得啱啱好，又唔會太熟。豬肉係混入海鮮嘅嫩滑，咸香啱口，攪得我忍唔住夾咗啖又一啖🍚。實招啦，最撩人呀，就係金沙蚧肉西蘭花。講真，佢嗰個鹹蛋黃嘅金沙忽然間爆出來，囉囉攣嘅炒勻晒，處處都係惹味，每一啖咬落去都夾帶嗰陣陣蛋香，簡直係流晒口水😋。當晚嘅至潮，當然非住家老火湯莫屬。湯頭煲得咁夠晒火候，飲一口下去，喉嚨到胃咩煩惱都似喺嗰股溫馨之中消融咗💆‍♂️。諗番起嚟，係都食得好滿足呀，簡單的家常菜，但每樣都做到恰到好處。食飽飯喇，想一想，我下次還要再黎，話你知！人均50左右，及了！#住家菜#及了#便飯#食評 #美食 #家常菜#食客
