To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前在這邊吃過晚餐，蒸魚、肉餅等家常便菜；又有湯水喝，一小碗也有滿滿的湯料，質素不錯，價錢划算。聽到大廚烹煮時開大火候的聲音，很有鑊氣。馬來炒貴刁即時炒起，還在冒煙，很惹味。 味道跟星洲炒米差不多，港式的炒貴刁版，不過以河粉代替米粉，麵條更有口感、堅韌。材料有蝦仁、雞蛋、叉燒絲、火腿絲、洋蔥絲及芽菜，加入黃咖哩粉，微辣。飲品餐牌上的飲料也很吸引，雖然很邪惡，但還是忍不住點杯特飲。雪山特濃朱古力：雪山就是忌廉，再加些朱古力醬，底下的朱古力特飲，味道的確特濃，甜甜的。
