To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾天,已經去過正記冰室吃過晚餐,正正因為覺得他的食物都幾好食,所以今天媽媽和爸爸去了大陸,家中沒有人煮飯,我便去正記冰室吃一餐。~一開始的時候,侍應照舊送上一碗例湯。湯有豬肉味,不錯不錯。我叫了一碟媽媽平時都會煮的菜,就是欖菜四季豆。不過正記冰室煮的是欖菜肉鬆四季豆。本來欖菜四季豆已經覺得好好食,因為欖菜和四季豆的配搭已經覺得很夾。怎知原來加上肉鬆是更加好味的。更惹味。他的四季豆每一條都很翠綠,咬口爽脆。而且沒有草青味。肉鬆的份量都很足夠,肉鬆的口感有點兒像肉操飯的肉操。加上欖菜本身的味道。三者一起放入口,味道配搭得很好。我個人認為用來餸飯,簡直一流。整碗白飯都吃光了。我會再來,真心幾好食。
