🏠 最近川菜美食係香港大行其道,街上不時都發現開左唔少專食川菜嘅店舖,例如麻辣火鍋、水煮魚、酸菜魚等。川菜是中國四大菜系之一,傳統嘅川菜通常都會用上大量嘅配料例如酸菜、辣椒等。今日我就係鰂魚涌附近搵到一間專食川菜嘅人氣餐廳 - 紅館。我今日就叫左1️⃣ 香江回鍋肉2️⃣ 山西老陳醋皮蛋💬 店舖裝修以簡約設計為主,而雖然係簡單嘅家庭菜式,但整體上佢哋嘅食物質素十分唔錯,佢哋嘅回鍋肉相當惹味,而老陳醋皮蛋則非常地道,醋味鮮香。同埋食得出佢哋落左唔少心機係選料同烹調上。下次我一定要再約朋友黎試吓佢哋嘅傳統四川酸菜魚先。

💬 店舖裝修以簡約設計為主,而雖然係簡單嘅家庭菜式,但整體上佢哋嘅食物質素十分唔錯,佢哋嘅回鍋肉相當惹味,而老陳醋皮蛋則非常地道,醋味鮮香。同埋食得出佢哋落左唔少心機係選料同烹調上。下次我一定要再約朋友黎試吓佢哋嘅傳統四川酸菜魚先。
