以前牛潭尾的舊歡喜樓原來搬左去新田。雖然遠左好多,但為左尋找美食一定要去揾!先來清甜無味精菜乾豬肺湯。正!之後有美極蝦,每隻都炸得卜卜脆亦很入味,我一口氣食三隻。作為前菜一流。招牌菜係豉油雞- 每天用新鮮雞製作,連雞胸都很滑。好彩早有預訂,否則7:15 已經沽清。燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,仲有香脆白豆。炒番薯苗夠鑊氣得來不會太多油,很好現在很少地方會做焗魚腸。雖然我自己不太愛吃,但可以試試一家人分享一下淺嚐魚腸嘅甘香。我最愛嘅焗魚頭,只有呢個餸都可以吃一碗白飯!
