To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前已經吃過荃灣另一間越南菜小越廚,這天去嚐新的另外一間,感覺還有點像,越翠苑位置不算方便,所以普遍也是街坊客,踏進餐廳老闆娘已相當友善熱情,黃色的裝修格外起眼我其實是衝着牛油果沙冰和越式發包而來的點了一個大法飽,包中夾着扎肉片,醃蘿蔔絲,豬肉絲,香草和一些豬肉片,餡料相當豐富,法包焗得香脆,留意!發包即叫即整,需時較耐,法包配牛油果沙冰,是完美的配搭,相信我😇父母點了扎肉撈檬,很大的一碗!幾乎是有兩個人的份量,扎肉有數片,每片也厚切,毫不吝嗇,配上花生粹和醃蘿蔔,重點是自家製撈檬汁,這簡直幸福得要死😍他們還點了芒果沙冰,很杰身的沙冰,沒有因為將貨就價,而加入大量水打成沙冰,芒果香甜👍🏻👍🏻這些小店,我曾經說過,有的是大集團沒有的人情味和用心,老闆娘和老闆的熱情款待,為這頓晚飯增添了一種越南家的溫暖❤
