每年都有好多家庭聚會,各人生日要慶祝,大時大節要慶祝,考慮到家父年紀大,唔行得好遠,我地每次飯聚,都會浩浩蕩蕩十幾人一齊去觀塘大宅門飲茶/食飯。大宅門位於觀塘帝盛酒店入面,光猛、闊落、靜局,合晒我老豆既嚴格要求,黎呢度飲茶食飯,佢永無ee oror彈三彈四。今日我地提早慶祝冬至,於是一齊黎個歡樂大飲茶。呢度既點心選擇比一般茶樓少,但大部分都優質美味,除點心之外,我地仲揀左秋冬滋補廚師精選同少量飯麵,話晒都成13個人呀。醬皇金錢肚,好味encore再encore,前後叫左三碟,牛肚夠腍,醬汁夠惹味,墊底既白蘿蔔都炆得入味,話咁快清晒;鵪鶉蛋燒賣,而家出邊既酒樓已經少賣,我家姐係鵪鶉蛋怪,呢個係佢飛佛,鵪鶉蛋下面係豬肉燒賣,蒸得夠熱夠腍,但唔會食到成口肥豬肉,美味。焗菠蘿叉燒包,出面係好香好脆既菠蘿牛油皮,入面既叉燒夠腍,同埋無我好憎既肥豬肉,真材實料;流沙奶皇包堅係流沙,輕輕搣開已爆漿,唔錯既蛋黃香,熱辣辣,正!沙窩生煎包,原個沙煲上,外皮煎得香脆,加埋蔥花芝麻,係香口之選。不過講到最得意既包,就係呢款雜菌冬菇包。外面加左一層龜裂既啡色,已經非常似冬菇,最抵死係仲要加條「冬菇椗」響底,超

XO醬炒蘿蔔糕,粒粒外層都煎得香脆,加上XO醬既辣味,好香口惹味,必點!家鄉煎藕餅,呢個都幾大粒蓮藕,豬肉撈埋紅蘿蔔、蔥花、髮菜、蓮藕等等,但可惜蓮藕味唔算突出,反而似一塊豬肉餅。

秘製鮑魚汁炆鳳爪,呢個係我既至愛,鳳爪炆得勁腍勁入味,而且鳳爪夠厚肉,正呀,我要瘋狂補充骨膠原!山竹牛肉球,好多酒樓都有做,但唔係間間做得好食,大宅門既牛肉球蒸完出黎仲係顏色粉嫩,腍得黎有肉味,非常出色。

我地點左既秋冬滋補廚師精選,就係呢個菊花太史燴蛇羮勒,一窩大概有五至六碗。好足料,豬肉絲、蛇肉絲、木耳絲、冬菇絲……夠足料,加埋薄脆、菊花、檸檬葉,好香好夠味,食完成身暖笠笠,外套都除埋。

鮑雞粒瑤柱煲仔飯,餸還餸上,飯還飯上(酒店服務好,會分好一碗碗上),自己淋豉油,雞肉同餸料既油香同精華都滲到飯入面,滋味;呢個飯有兩食,淨左既飯焦可以加錢泡成魚湯飯,但個湯稍嫌鹹左D,美中不足。

最後係呢個雪菜火鴨絲鴛鴦米,炒得入味唔油膩,不過火鴨絲嚡左D,扣番少少分。

13個人,連埋加一茶芥,食左千五蚊左右(匯豐卡有85折),每人計番都只係百幾蚊。酒店水準,酒樓價錢,抵呀!
