假期與家人茶聚,是我們常去的,愛它地方寬敞,食物選擇多,尤其是炒粉麵款式特別,今天點了薑葱班球炒河和豉汁肉排滑鷄籠仔蒸飯。石班球份量略小,可是尚算新鮮,河粉足夠五至六人享用。等了半句鐘才送上的豉汁肉排滑鷄籠仔蒸飯,豬排新鮮,廚師把滑鷄切得太碎,豉汁太少無味,這回有點失望!比較有些驚喜是豬膶鮮蝦腸,大隻蝦仁加上豬膶,口感特別。蜆蚧炸鯪魚餅不油膩,蜆蚧味美,如果改用煎來烹調,或許更可口。現在很少酒樓午市送糖水,吃完飯麵點心來一碗蕃薯糖水,清潤香甜!茶芥每位$16,沒有提供前菜,偏貴,可能這包含了糖水費😆
