#搞串個pantry上次介紹咗一間老字號牛腩麵家🐮,今次就介紹另一間啦!!呢間舖原先係大埔🌳開店,老闆繼承父親經營牛腩麵店嘅精神而做,之後就係油麻地🎊再開分店!一嚟到麵店🍜,就即刻叫咗碗新鮮牛腩河轉爽腩($55)、原汁牛腩河($41),同埋叫咗個炸手工燒賣($16)🥳。兩碗牛腩河望落好大碗😯,河粉嘅量好多,而牛腩嘅數目都成5大舊。爽腩食落有非常重嘅油脂感🐂,勁有牛味!!但係因為部位嘅問題,所以會有啲筋痴住,咬嘅時候就需要啲耐性啦。⏰原汁牛腩用嘅係冰鮮❄️安格斯半肥瘦牛腩,相比起爽腩,油脂感、牛味都無咁豐富🙈,而咬口上就唔太穩定,有啲食落好柴,有啲食落幾嫩。兩碗嘅河粉都非常索湯🥣,食到一半,啲湯都差唔多無曬。河粉唔太腍,而湯嘅味道清淡,反而突顯到牛嘅油脂味。炸手工燒賣係用魚肉手工打製,食落完全feel到啖啖魚肉,感覺非常特別。鐘意魚肉燒賣嘅人可以試吓!!💨💨
