To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次嚟到百樂潮州搵食! 家族聚會越來越多人~要方便大家最好就係油尖旺區~今次屋企人就揀咗新世紀嘅百樂~百樂潮州嘅裝修同上次去嘅百樂小館非常唔同~比較走高級、貴氣路線~潮州凍花蟹 $2016(42両)有家人付錢~當然要食豪啲(笑)兩隻肉蟹加起來有42両~食起來啖啖肉~而且肉質鮮嫩~好味道!浄滷水鵝片 ($396)鵝片入味~但又不會太鹹~而且肥瘦分明~不吃肥的部分可輕易把它分割墊底的豆腐亦見滑溜~潮陽炸雙棗 ($120)看到菜名還以爲是炸紅棗之類的東西⋯原來是炸蝦球跟炸蟹球!蝦球味道比較濃~香脆不油膩!乾煎糖醋麵 ($256)潮洲菜中最最最愛就係糖醋麵!一上枱大家即刻蜂湧影相~竟然係煎成心形!!個麵外脆內少少軟~又可以加糖同醋調味~實在非常喜歡糖醋麵吃一口就可試到甜、酸、鹹之感覺!方魚肉碎粥 ($240)潮洲通常會將材料切得碎碎的~方魚即係大地魚~大地魚可以提鮮~而且仲有冬菇,冬菜、唐芹、芫荽頭,葱頭等帶起味道~不過因為怕芹菜味~所以只試了少少…反沙芋 ($216)反沙芋係將芋頭先切成條~後落油鑊炸~撈上來加糖~係一道非常考手工嘅菜色~百樂身為傳統餐廳~做法非常純正一口咬落去糖層亦唔會散

飽飽哋所以食比較酸嘅柚子
