To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間大快活係個屋村入面,有時貪方便,我就會去食個快飯。今日做完嘢,想自己一個靜靜地食個飯聽下歌,所以就自己一個人嚟咗呢間大快活度食飯啦。我諗由於香港人真係想食得健康啲,佢哋嘅餐牌,好多都強調冇味精,清淡啲健康啲。今日我揀咗咕嚕肉另外加個湯。個湯都幾好味唔會太鹹。而咕嚕肉都不過不失,唔會話啲炸粉好厚,或者有好多骨。總之以快餐來講,佢嘅食物質素令我有驚喜。佢啲員工亦同啲食客有講有笑,氣氛非常之好。記得有一次我叫外賣,個姐姐叫我坐低慢慢等,佢會幫我拎過嚟。其實佢可以唔使幫我,但係佢哋真係好熱心、好熱愛自己嘅工作感覺嘅嘢呃唔到人架。
