To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

仲記得以往有一段時間周記點心風靡一時,我身邊好多朋友特登去西環食,仲要等位等兩個鐘,嗰陣仲要係夏天...其實周記啲嘢食唔係話好特別,只係佢有一種家嘅感覺,香港人唔係個個都食住家飯,好多時迫於無奈都要出街食。周記睇中左呢樣嘢,成為無限商機。我仲記得以前細細個媽咪成日整銀針粉,周記整出嚟嘅味道多咗XO醬,會更加香口。蝦膠多士,外脆內軟,脆卜卜配埋佢嘅沙律醬,呢個唔係人人願意用心整流心奶皇西多士,外表看似平平無奇,一切開啲奶黃就流晒出嚟。只要鍾意食流心奶皇包嘅人就一定會鍾意食呢一款西多士
