有時真係唔明白食咗多次麻辣火鍋,都係好少食到真正麻辣火鍋味道,而今次聽朋友講呢間過江龍係內地有200多間分店專食正統麻辣火鍋,於是就來見識一下正統味道如何。就搵咗星期日早D去品嚐一下,去到坐低已見醬料非常簡單得4様有一罐香油,蒜泥,香菜同蔥花攪埋一齊,已經係經典搭配,但又不要睇小佢咁食又真係好好味。其後湯底就叫咗紅白鴛鴦鍋至於配料先點咗有必食推介,湯底開始放得食物時已聞到濃濃香辣味道出來,先有係手切美國雪花肥牛(大),雪花肥牛脂肪分散各處,有D適中,有D就好肥美,不過肉質仍然嫩滑,對我來講都係一樣咁好味,皆因我鐘意食其後有冰川鵝腸,賣相一流用咗冰球包住鵝腸保持肉質爽滑,當然要快D品嚐,放落鍋大約12秒就食得,入口超爽又滑一陣間就食晒再點埋其他配料食材慢慢享用,係必食花千骨,肉質已經過醃製過,但都要放落鍋度等10分鐘先食得,一入囗已食到香濃味道肉質又夠軟綿,一試難忘呢種刺激味道但食得又惹味有水準食咗咁耐當然會點番杯冰爽水果茶,降降溫度,入口清甜之餘又可以解辣其後再食咗其他火鍋配料,最後要點番個紅薯粉吸收一下湯嘅精華咁先至完美,呢次終於可以品嚐一餐正宗麻辣火鍋食落另有一番風味。
