To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屋企是上海人，一家都喜歡吃上海菜，所以久不久就會過來上海弄堂吃晚飯。 店內的裝修古色古香，環境寧靜舒適。  陳年花雕醉雞配湯麵，雞肉嫩滑，帶酒香，味道回甘。湯麵份量多，麵身爽滑煙韌。 無錫骨蚊得夠入味，肉味香濃，入口即溶。菜飯旳菜量很多，口感頗佳。 小吃我選了涼拌小黃瓜，味道酸甜醒胃。 素鵝的耳和蘿蔔絲爽口清甜，炸得夠香脆！ 菜肉餛飩的餛飩餡料清香豐富，菜份份量比例剛好，湯底清甜。上海弄堂的出品果然是樸實質量高！
