To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 古法羊楠煲$1碧綠貴妃耳蝦球$128七味脆豆腐$48花生$13晚茶$36合共:$249臨近歲晚,終於來到富臨吃羊楠煲,只因$1!我覺得食物質素尚可,但富臨的人手不足,令服務水平不足,難怪大家也北上過年和吃飯!來到酒樓有人帶位是常識吧,但這裡就是沒有人帶位,客人唯有只好揀自己喜歡的位置吧(哈哈!)自己揀位也沒所謂吧,但奇就奇在十五分鐘後才有侍應詢問要什麼茶(反正我並不口渴,也沒所謂吧)!之後到點餐階段,舉手後約五分鐘也沒有人來,穿黑衫的姐姐視而不見,實在令人失望!(反正我不趕,也沒所謂吧)主菜來到了,以$1價錢來說,羊楠煲的質素實在很不錯,六舊大大舊羊楠,有支竹、馬蹄、粉角等配料!$1價錢是值回票價!整體比稻香昔日的$1羊楠煲來得要好!同時間來珧碧綠貴妃耳蝦球,這個菜式的擺盤可以,蝦球吃下去尚算新鮮,但西蘭花就偏硬,明白茶樓的圍餐水準就是這樣,但硬過石頭的西蘭花就是第一次吃到!最後來了炸豆腐,味道香口,不是十分出色!整體感覺只是一般,但有一個舒適的空間坐幾個鐘可以的!
