Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友突然問食唔食羊腩煲,就到左富臨試下佢個特價煲。星期五晚七點幾黎到,竟然數埋無十枱客,個市有無咁淡呀…?要點特價煲,條件係要點一個正價菜,合理吖,就先點兩樣野啦。⭐富臨小炒皇呢個都算係近期食過最難食嘅小炒皇,雖然正常有嘅料佢都有,韭菜花、蝦乾、魚乾、魷魚、腰果等,但唔知師傅係冇落調味料定點,食落去淡茂茂好似完全冇炒過咁,仲要上枱係凍嘅,得嗰幾枱客唔使一早炒定喇啩。⭐雙冬羊腩煲個特價羊腩煲就幾有驚喜,細細煲都有五、六件羊腩,入面有馬蹄、支竹同冬菇,但係就冇筍。而取代咗筍嘅居然係粉葛,仲要超大舊,雖然吸咗南乳羊腩汁啲粉葛其實幾好味,但都唔使落咁多粉葛嘅,淨係食葛都飽咗啦。計埋碟花生同茶錢,呢度食咗二百幾蚊,嘢食一般啦,勝在地方大有冷氣,服務就不敢恭維。 continue reading

今日約同三五知己,去到紅磡明安街富臨漁港歡聚中午茶。蠔皇义燒包打開籠蓋時香噴噴的煙霧了出來,包裏的饀料豐富,义燒醬汁美味。午市孖寶 (這個套餐逢星期一至五才有,任選一款粉麵+一個小菜,價值$108,都算扺食。)海味雜菜煲熱辣辣的海味雜菜煲端出尼香味四散,湯裏有蟹柳、蝦乾、鳴門卷、金菰、鮮嫩的雜菜和粉絲,滿足了肚子。鹹魚雞粒炒飯炒飯裏混雜了生菜絲、雞蛋、雞粒和鹹魚粒,飯炒得夠乾身,粒粒米飯分明和少油,飯裏帶有少許鹹魚的香味,另人垂涎三尺。蜜汁义燒腸腸粉裏混入了义燒粒和葱粒,食落有著义燒的蜜味和葱花的香味,但可惜粉皮比較厚了些。香茜牛肉腸腸粉裏包裹著免治牛肉和芫茜,咬落濃濃的芫茜和牛肉香味滿佈口腔裏,但可惜粉皮略為厚了些。蜂巢炸芋角這個點心祇有少許酒樓還有做,不知是工夫多還是其他原因?當然見到有我就一定會食。外脆內軟的蜂巢炸芋角裏有著濃濃的芋頭香味,又不太油膩,十分惹味。時菜鯪魚球鯪魚球裏混入了蝦米和葱,提升了魚肉的鮮味,且魚肉十分彈牙。鮮竹牛肉球牛肉球裏混入了馬蹄和葱,食落彈牙爽脆,再加上甜甜酸酸的喼汁,提升了牛肉的香味。 continue reading

特價長腳蟹餐 $2988/12位用我哋得9個人食😂菜式豐富,份量超足▶️ 原隻白烚長腳蟹 (約四斤)成大隻長腳蟹!第一次見🦀起分肢之前姐姐好好咁俾我哋影咗相先之後幫我哋拆開晒殼,食嘅時候超方便,完全唔使用鉗蟹腳全部都係肉😍好正呀,蟹拳都係啖啖肉仲可以自己加醋絕對係今日成餐嘅主角,份量多到每人起碼食到兩至三件▶️ 京式片皮鴨 片皮鴨好薄身但有肉,表皮香脆可以夾埋青瓜、蔥絲、醬油薄餅皮煙韌有咬口👍🏻好細心用保鮮紙蓋住,鎖住水份冇咁容易硬▶️ 泰式柚子蜜大蝦球呢個都幾有驚喜🦐大蝦球咬落香脆,肉質爽彈配上泰式甜酸醬,淡淡帶出柚子甜味,別有一番風味▶️ 竹笙海皇燴燕窩質感好似碗仔翅咁,只係材料靚啲除咗竹筍,仲有大量蝦粒燕窩同甜品食嘅嗰隻唔同成碗幾好飲👍🏻感覺好有營養▶️ 翡翠炒龍躉球底部全部都係西蘭花,好爽脆上面就係龍躉球,肉質實正,魚味濃鬱,仲有適量嘅膠質🐟▶️ 紅棗蒸龍躉頭腩呢個同上面個龍躉差唔多,只係配上紅棗同黑木耳▶️ 古法扣羊腩煲好大煲😮全程用火鍋爐煲住,保持溫暖入邊唔少材料:羊腩、羊羹、枝竹、馬蹄、香菇等自己唔食羊,所以冇試到▶️ 瑤柱扒豆苗呢個就麻麻哋,因為面頭嘅瑤柱芡汁太重,令豆苗失去本身嘅香味🥬▶️ 臘味糯米飯糯米飯質感好食,唔係太濕,黏黏地有咬口🍚調味啱啱好,唔會過鹹簡單落咗切碎臘腸,面頭灑上花生同青蔥啱晒冬天過節食▶️ 桂花糕賣相唔太吸引,好似啲童年啫喱咁入邊落咗杞子,亦見到桂花碎質感唔夠實身,一夾好易散-比想像中好👍🏻碟碟餸都有水準當然長腳蟹最好食🤤環境舒服,入面多枱但唔會擠迫,平日夜晚嚟食唔太多人 (見有得包房打麻雀)服務唔錯,一話上菜,啲餸就接住上,姐姐都好幫得手,話要換碟即刻幫我哋換性價比唔錯,如果本身12個人用,大概$250/人,食到咁多靚海鮮其實幾抵 continue reading
