To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期開張,日日都人頭湧湧呀(梗係啦,富泰有幾多野食大家心知肚明)lunch 1點黎,等4張枱左右,去隔離阿信屋轉一圈出黎已經有位。淨係影左午餐餐牌,另一本太多頁懶得影,午餐選擇已經夠晒多!嗌左一個冬蔭公魚片頭金邊粉($48)、馬來沙嗲焗雞扒飯($49)、加配黑醬牛油雞翼($13),套餐包熱飲。上菜真係勁快!!友人話金邊粉唔錯,但我唔記得左影。我自己個焗飯估唔到都唔洗等太耐,嘩,d芝士焗左勁香勁脆仲有拉絲!雞扒都夠滑,又唔係白飯底,沙嗲雞翼都好脆!超邪惡!仲要唔洗加一,實會繼續幫襯
