To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係報紙見到富臨做緊羊腩煲優惠價$28蚊一煲,憑印花更加可以以優惠價$1蚊煲享用,時間仲可以由18:00-23:00享用到,之前係另一酒樓都食過一蚊煲羊腩煲,足料兼大煲,真材實料,所以見到哩個優惠價錢一於叫個朋友去薈一薈佢睇下佢真實。黎到位於沙田娛樂城的富臨酒家,入座時間是20:05,坐低後睇左餐單上既晚飯小菜,朋友覺得打邊爐比較抵食,於是諗住先叫個羊腩煲食左先,侍應黎到落單,我將1蚊優惠券先比她看,她即刻醒目地幫我們落單,當然有問我地要唔要加點小菜食,因為第一次食,我地唔知有幾大煲,於是說: 都係食完先再睇情況,她說ok便走了,過了一陣,羊腩煲送到,但要四圍搵人黎開爐。侍應這時將一碟花生同單放到枱上,我即刻望一望張單,見個價目打羊腩煲$28,於是即刻問侍應唔係$1蚊煲嗎?她回答: 邊有咁平我說: 我有張優惠券比左你,寫明$1蚊煲的?她回答: 丫,好似係,我再去望下先,之後佢去左收銀度拎張單比我地睇,花生$10,茶每位$12,計埋加一合共$38即係$38蚊煲羊腩煲,問過花生有無得唔要就唔計錢?侍應回覆:唔計錢,如果唔係邊有$1蚊煲羊腩煲咁著數。我同朋友都諗住算,食下有幾多羊腩係當中先,汁

我同朋友都諗住算,食下有幾多羊腩係當中先,汁好結身,用傳統瓦煲仔盛裝住,感覺應該味道唔錯,先數數有幾多嚿羊肉,1、2、3、4、5,無錯係5嚿,當中仲有三條炸支竹、三粒馬蹄、三片粉葛、東菇四片及兩條蔥。

。。。份量是1人份量嗎?但佢寫住2人一煲?
煲左一陣,羊腩咬落唔淋,要大火煲左15分鐘,當中加左一次水先開始淋。。。
我同朋友當然未飽,感覺搵笨,加上枱下有隻蚊不停咬我,於是我地諗住埋單換過另一張枱再叫任食火鍋
去到收銀度埋單,個侍應竟然話唔比我地埋單,要我地叫個小菜食先準走,朋友同佢理論話我地一陣再換枱食火鍋侍應即時話會計反我地正價時段價錢,朋友當然唔服氣,覺得被人強迫消費,優惠券當中又沒有白字黑字寫住要有最低消費額。
侍應這樣手法令我地非常不齒,於是連留底食火鍋既意慾都打消,要求即刻埋單走,如果唔係報警或報海關。
收銀聽到我地要報警知道自己理規,叫侍應算數,埋單計埋加一合共$38。
