To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同媽媽係灣仔唔知食乜好，經過呢間，媽媽話好食，反正我未食過，就試下啦。等左5分鐘有位，坐位間都好逼，幸好味道搭夠蝦雞粥：蝦爽甜，雞有少少調味過，粥底好味，不過攪兩攪就變稀豬潤魚腩粥：豬潤爽口，魚腩鮮味白灼粉腸：粉腸做得不錯，唔會苦，如果可以多少少肥油香更好咸肉糉：好味，糯米與米比例平均，一個咸蛋，都有油既，五腩肉一件，而糉本身調味既剛好成為米芝蓮了，希望可以keep住水準，唔好變差今餐二人份，$199.1
