To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蜜燒西班牙黑豚肉叉燒 - 天龍軒名作!!! 香港有幾多間酒店中菜廳夠膽放2款叉燒喺menu? 自信就係來自食物嘅質素... 呢件厚切叉燒...

1) 肉嫩, 入口唔需要好大嘅牙力去咬但又不失口感
2) Juicy, 咬嘅過程中仍然會感受到肉汁
3) 蜜汁調味啱啱好, 唔會蓋過肉嘅鮮味

炸釀鮮蟹蓋 - 一上枱見佢脹卜卜已經知道非池中物, 第一啖入口, 入面嘅配料恰到好處而唔會喧賓奪主🤤🤤 事關坊間好多釀蟹蓋會用海量嘅洋蔥同埋椰汁, 咁就👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 天龍軒就完全無呢個問題, 另外佢混合左2款唔同嘅蟹肉令食入口嘅口感同其他地方嘅唔同
世一!

不知不覺飲下食下就3個半鐘頭, 價錢絕對唔係平嘅, 但係您比嘅一分一毫, 天龍軒絕對會比返十足嘅價值您
期待下次試下佢嘅Dinner 😁
