To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豚王中環店遷址後首度到訪, 小人特意在開店11.00am前抵達, 果然可以即時入坐, 正~~~ ^_-點了豚王, 還追加了椰菜及溏心蛋。始終豚王的湯真是鮮甜得沒話說, 太麵爽滑之極, 义燒夠腍, 水準能得以保持!!美中不足的是追加的椰菜和溏心蛋卻漏了單, 需小人催單後才補上! 即使如此, 食味依然甚佳, 尤其出色的溏心蛋真是蛋香十足, 非常滑溜呢~~~食物的質數是不用置疑的, 但服務方面似乎有進步的空間。
