首先我睇完食評好似唔錯見今日初一所以黎食齋今餐我可以用難食黎形容並不是一般既難食所有食物一係無味,一係得韓國辣椒醬味?我地4個人,叫左8樣野最後我覺個最好食既竟然係裝飾伴碟嗰粒車厘茄(上邊居然有一條羅勒絲)叫咗個蔬菜湯,服務員介紹有紅菜頭,甘筍,薑實際上根本稱唔上係一個湯只係將食材磨成渣再加熱水同麻油真係好難飲咁都俾個廚師諗到個菜式⋯最唔伏嘅嘢係酥炸山藥就好似炸薯條咁,只要唔係凍冰冰,實冇死㗎,點會難食啫?但係份量細又貴⋯其餘大部份嘅嘢食都係冇味嘅應該係白烚印象比較深刻嘅有佢個腐皮福袋首先腐皮係現成所以唔會太大鑊但係入面嘅粉絲係冇味嘅然後個福袋下面仲有一嚿白蘿蔔你以為佢比啲啡色嘅湯或者醬汁浸住啦應該冇事啦你咬落去之後就會知道係幻覺嚟㗎得個表面有啲冬菇水嘅味佢入面都係成個白烚㗎另外令我印象深刻嘅仲有酸甜菇落單點菜嗰陣個服務員仲大力推薦佢話個個客嚟到都一定要食見佢講到咁咪叫一個試吓囉咁其實大家見到佢個賣相唔使講咁多首先上面伴碟嘅綠色蔬菜係絕對白烚冇味㗎俾紅色醬汁覆蓋住嘅,聽聞係菇嚟嘅不過好可惜好多都係炸漿碎片啲菇係要眾裏尋他嘅老實說佢大部份嘅菜式都有種不完整嘅感覺味道完全冇層次烹調嘅過程唔

應該係白烚
印象比較深刻嘅有佢個腐皮福袋
首先腐皮係現成所以唔會太大鑊
但係入面嘅粉絲係冇味嘅

然後個福袋下面仲有一嚿白蘿蔔
你以為佢比啲啡色嘅湯或者醬汁浸住啦
應該冇事啦
你咬落去之後就會知道係幻覺嚟㗎

得個表面有啲冬菇水嘅味
佢入面都係成個白烚㗎


另外令我印象深刻嘅仲有酸甜菇

啲菇係要眾裏尋他嘅


老實說佢大部份嘅菜式都有種不完整嘅感覺
味道完全冇層次
烹調嘅過程唔完整
完全無辦法令食客從菜式中
感受到佢地點樣去令食物昇華


我只可以話呢間餐廳個廚師
可能係讀美術
但係話廚藝出身就有點那個


同埋由於佢嘅食物無味
我問侍應有無辣椒油?
佢最後比左個韓式辣醬我
然後我就問佢,唔該可唔可以比啲鹽我
佢問返我轉頭:你仲有無野要攞?
我果下真係嬲左,態度唔洗咁差掛?
話晒呢度都係高級餐廳吧?


成餐飯都覺得好伏
最後叫左個甜品諗住無死
擺入口之後我懷疑人生
我究竟食左乜?
一舊白色,無味道,口感極差既糕?

餐飯食左兩個幾鐘。。。
體驗好差好差好差!


環境很好,但係有乜理由我比呢個價錢食到呢啲咁既質素既野?
不如我十幾蚊去買個菜返屋企食算

食完真係好嬲,仲要一啲都唔飽,唉
