To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次試呢間餐廳,整體感覺普通,無論在款式、味、服務質素、環境都有進步空間!首先環境方面,尚算寬敞、但如果可以坐近窗邊位會感覺開場一點! 沙法位不太好坐,坐位太低進食時會比較辛苦點心款式不多,而且非常普通! 唯一可取是即叫即蒸!食後感覺餐廳小菜比點心好! 好食的小菜如下:咕嚕肉滑蛋蝦仁 (但雞蛋比例太多)四季豆 好食的點心有:菜苗餃馬拉糕南瓜路服務方面整體有效率,但不夠細心- 沒有問要咩茶(可能餐廳只供應一款茶)- 不會主動check 茶壺內有沒有茶-放下點心時只會把所有不同類的點心放底係台上面(我覺得南瓜路、湯這類食品可放在食客面前!)最後一提的是餐廳收費有點取巧!茶位+小食再 +加一 後由原本$188 一位 最後變成$250 一位! 以這個價錢食點心又要限時90 分鐘實在太趕,不太享受!

南瓜路

服務方面整體有效率,但不夠細心
- 沒有問要咩茶(可能餐廳只供應一款茶)
- 不會主動check 茶壺內有沒有茶

(我覺得南瓜路、湯這類食品可放在食客面前!)

最後一提的是餐廳收費有點取巧!
