To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冷盤:長腳蟹、龍蝦鉗、帶子在鮮、味正常，不太咸……長腳蟹's鉗有大隻不太多，但隻長腿有肉、肉質鮮，供應超足。龍蝦鉗:不得不快快夾多兩隻…有肉鮮味…到中期時段就轉罪翡翠螺肉(轉咗自己冇夾)！帶子:大大隻肉、兩隻都冇帶便腸。熱食:秋葵三杯雞:雞滑水煮鴨:用燒味……渣流灘(用粉麵的燒鴨胸來做)黃酒雞……味道濃炒飯:味道淡了DD、都炒到一粒粒燒羊架:冇so味、冇over cook到，還有火燻味……壽司:三文魚主打……小卷也是三文魚……大家食自助餐D個位置不會多留意……不如去食放題甜品:有D用咗羅漢果糖製、小小件……難夾水果部:冇咩選擇……火龍果、波羅、哈蜜瓜雪糕:多選擇……但員工太忙又飽……又減小食甜嘢冇等………………………………因為自助餐多炒散企……唔講服務，但清碟快手正常，有禮……
