To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳永遠都有一條小人龍，想食就記住早啲去喇。當日晏就都等咗三四個字，對上班族黎講，lunch hour都幾寶貴，但都咁多人等，原來真係好抵食。菜膽雲吞排骨麵 ($45)我就轉咗米線，個湯底偏淡咗小小。不過排骨同雲吞都好食。雲吞好大粒，咬落去啖啖肉，好好食。排骨就另上既，冇骨嫁係，不過當日食就覺得偏乾咗小小，冇乜肉汁，我就加咗枱面提供既豆瓣醬，點完我覺得更好食。不過午餐黎講以$45呢個價錢食到咁足料既麵其實都真係性價比高，好抵食。
