To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然我一向都好支持小店，但有陣時都會想幫襯連鎖店，因為商場有免費泊車優惠，同埋有時有老人家或者小朋友，都會覺得連鎖店坐得比較舒服，空間會比較大。雖然茶木都開咗一段好長嘅時間，但係好似冇認真咁食過佢。去到台灣餐廳，多數都會想試吓佢嘅半筋半肉牛肉麵，不過今次就揀咗佢嘅拌麵，貪佢有配一件鴨血，個面比較硬身，撈麵來講都幾好嘅，牛肉煮得夠腍，而且好入味。另外都叫咗個烏魚子帶子手工麵，我鍾意佢有好多蔬菜喺上面，有菇菌、紅腰豆、枝豆。醬汁就混合咗烏魚子，都有啲似日式嘅明太子忌廉意粉，幾得意嘅。當然要叫埋街頭小食拼盤，炸雞來講佢係有啲似吉列感覺，味道都幾可口，特別鍾意佢嘅台式香腸，味道好好，又唔會太肥，另外佢個肉丸都好特別，裏面係貢丸外面應該係花枝丸。飲品我就揀咗熱嘅水果茶，近排佢哋做緊鳳梨系列，呢個鳳梨水果茶有少少金橘味，好清新，仲可以轉個茶底，我要咗綠茶，少甜剛剛好。好似話嚟茶木一定要食甜品，所以我哋都點咗個流心麻薯朱古力歐軟，提提大家一定要留肚，因為佢個甜品個份量真係超大，同埋係多士組成，好似主菜咁嘅份量，而且雪糕份量都好大，再加上麻薯，真係捧住個肚走。連鎖店之中，茶木都真係算抵食、舒服、口味大
