上次到上環工作試過德勝小廚 梅子蒸鴨飯 覺得好有特色,因為用梅子醬點燒鴨/燒鵝嘅粤式燒味,應該除咗食齋嘅之外,只要係香港長大應該冇邊個會未食過,反而用蒸嘅烹調方法唔係度度都有。呢個特色午餐每日供應。今日與同事再過嚟上環工作都推介咗佢試一試。自己今日就想試 生炒牛肉飯,事緣早幾日看討論區剛巧見到有人推介呢度嘅生炒牛肉飯。呢個炒飯除咗大大碟夠飽肚, 啲牛肉粒係用手切牛肉粒並非揸流灘用機碎免治牛肉,成碟食完亦唔見碟底有油,真係好功夫。雖然店面冇醒目既裝修, 甚至飯店嘅格局有少少似自七、八十年代未改動過嘅裝修;不過食完兩餐完全感覺到紮紮實實賣嘅就係實而不華。
