媽子看廚藝大賽電視,邊看邊說沒有嚐過法國餐,想體驗一番。今天早下班,發現觀塘有法國菜,於是帶她一嚐😁環境舒服,雖然只是倆個人,但仍給了我個寬敞的座位。可以係親密地坐隔離😊坐下來後,送上一籃麵包,麵包和醬料都是自家製,非常讚! 最喜歡那芝士條,很鬆脆😋😋點菜了:1set dinner + 2 個小食 + 1甜品。Set dinner 前菜 ($+30) : 鵝肝蕉糖燉蛋:鵝肝味道融入蛋香,與面層上的櫻花籽和紅莓醬攪和一起吃,很可口。小食1:欖油香蒜蝦($58):蝦肉彈牙,味道清淡中帶著濃濃蒜香👍小食2:三文魚醬多士($58):這是今晚我最喜愛,多士非常脆,三文魚醬很鮮甜,吃下去後口腔還會有清香的感覺👍👍主菜:牛肝菌忌廉意粉($218):上菜時非常香噴噴,有很重的菌香。露荀清甜,很新鮮且有口感。意粉很creamy而且很彈牙,有濃濃的滿足感😋甜品1 : 草莓砵酒醬釀啤梨配香梨雪葩($68): 濃濃的酒香,鮮甜的啤梨,雪葩清新,整體配合很有層次😋餐廳送上甜點一份,很精緻,為這餐劃上甜美的句號😁
