泰國菜越南菜就食得多,但寮國菜就真係第一次。行過見到覺得幾特別,所以就入黎試下喇。入到黎先知原來係最近上美女廚房果位型男廚師開既,餐廳内裝修風格應該係想迎合返老撾既餐廳。牆上仲有d人手繪畫既壁畫,都幾特別。Menus上既菜式其實同越南菜有d雷同,米紙卷、魚餅、蝦餅呢d都係常見菜式。我同朋友一人叫左一碗全米湯粉,份量都幾大,有d後悔一人叫左一碗,哈哈。我果碗係牛肉全米湯粉,好多牛肉,應該接近有10大塊。牛肉係半生熟既,所以放耐左都唔會變得鞋。湯底比較清,但餐廳有提供各式既調味品比你調味。小食方面,拉差牛油雞翼都整得幾香口既,味道無想象中咁辣。網蝦紙米卷外層個皮好薄,内裏蝦都幾脆既,仲包左d全米湯粉。炸魚餅就同一般去越南菜餐廳食既差不多。總括而言,係中環呢個價錢有呢個份量都算係咁。而且香港都無咩地方可以試到寮國菜,想試下d新菜式都可以黎試下既。
