噚晚喺「東張西望」睇到一個介紹麵嘅特輯,睇睇下發現原來喺喜聚坊嘅寶哥上咗電視,介紹嘅菜式係「肉絲炒麵」,但我從來未喺喜聚坊食過呢個菜式,所以,忍唔住去試,先上我必飲的無味精老火湯,今日係青紅蘿蔔煲豬骨,好清甜但好夠味,又下火,正!跟住係滑蛋炒蝦仁,d蝦勁大隻,好彈牙好新鮮,仲叫咗涼瓜(因為我熱氣),第一次試用蝦醬炒,味道又唔錯bor,然後上招版菜之一咕嚕肉,味道唔洗多講,正正正!最後係主角,上電視嘅肉絲炒麵,麵香脆但唔會好硬完全唔會𠝹口,個汁亦唔係一般果d「糊pad pad」汁,銀芽亦去咗頭尾,好有誠意之作,唯一可以挑掦嘅係可能人太多,個presentation無電視咁靚(供圖對照),但味道係不用置疑的,一餐無味精的經濟實惠小菜,真係無得輸!
