位於將軍澳寶琳的清湯腩粉麵店,其他地方也有分店。麵店除了主打湯麵外,還有擔擔麵、撈麵及飯類主食。主打清湯牛腩及其他牛的各部位,還有少量牛以外的選擇。秘製清湯粉麵類:鮮味鯪魚球雙拼菜肉雲吞粗麵 清湯底,加點辣椒油,更提鮮、惹味。鯪魚球多粒,口感爽彈,而且魚肉真材實料,吃到細條魚骨絲。菜肉雲吞餡料飽滿;粗麵屬較硬身的麵條,也蠻掛湯。油菜:芥蘭額外加配一份油菜,可以選擇蠔油或腩汁。芥蘭浸在腩汁裡,帶淡淡的牛腩清香。菜葉翠綠,菜莖不帶苦澀,蠻新鮮的。
