又係一期一會老闆請食飯,咁我就舉手舉腳贊成食番依家特色餐廳,因為上次食過那度精緻菜-「雞皮包雞粒炒飯」做到似粒糯米包,我已經心心念念想住encore,點知老闆冇點到,佢點左其他新菜式,那個剁椒蒸魚腩、魚頭同魚卜,真係痴線,連我唔食魚的人都停唔到口,事關太滑,冇法抗拒,另一道咕嚕肉,那個什麼伊比利亞豚肉,入口鬆化,而羊腩煲,好滑好軟,我聽侍應講係用秘制汁浸,啲怕羶味的同事,係咁夾,我都只爭到食2口,俾佢夾曬,是關就算齋睇樣,未食都知道有幾嫩滑,仲有隻霸王白切雞,連雞胸都軟滑,侍應話單係醃雞準備功夫都用左24小時。看似平平無奇肉包,原來用安格斯牛做餡料,其他本地介菜、大閘蟹、窩貼等也是好味到震,本身食材正,唔使多講。所以話粵菜菜式間間都係依幾道菜,分別就係餐廳做工的細節,食材本身靚,食物水平才能超人幾班,一個字「正」。如果一年只俾我出街食一餐飯,只會選依家,別冇他選。
