To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日，我和家人一起去元氣食壽司。啲壽司的紫菜根本都唔脆。好難食！，綠茶根本都冇綠茶味，味道就係水，牛肉烏冬太多油，wasabi過度酸。牛肉壽司，的牛肉冇味道！！服務員根本就冇理解其他人的問題，只會用自己的辦法解決問題。去到我地的位置，那裏還有三張紙巾，還有幾滴油！嘩！服務員根本就冇會清潔坐位！我爸媽要一對筷子，服務員就冇理！我爸媽要再舉起雙手，先有個服務員嚟，仲要個服務員搞好耐先搵到一箱筷子！記住唔好喺金鐘個元氣壽司食壽司。
