想去半島酒店附近的釧食好耐,但真係有少少Full,所以都預早左一個月訂位😳包括2品前菜、2品料理、 10貫壽司、1款巻物、湯品及甜品。前菜用左懷石料理煮法,百合根鮮蒸後炸,配搭伊比利亞火腿、海苔同蟹肉,好滋潤!壽司樣樣都好出色,最得我心嘅係馬糞海膽❤️鮮味勁濃,仲要好新鮮!吞拿魚太卷更加吸引到我!未見過咁厚身的太卷,有齊曬所有部分的吞拿魚!加左紫蘇葉令到口感更豐富!拖羅好肥美,深海池魚爽脆清甜~重縣嘅春魚肉質保持鮮嫩,加上洋蔥汁醃漬,層次分明!甜品方面最愛豆乳好香濃的豆乳福袋~豆袋造型嘅酥皮,好脆口
