Celebrated a birthday with this cute cake, it’s made to imitate the Chinese bun (壽包) in a dim sum rack, which was traditionally served on a birthday celebration occasion at a Chinese restaurant. The rack was made with white chocolate, a sponge cake base, the peach 🍑 at the top is a peach mousse. Flavour is nice, has a very strong peach taste to it.


For it’s presentation and size, it’s well worth the money, although I would not get this cake purely for its taste.
