今日去了將軍澳商場內一間中式餐廳食lunch,餐廳地方很大,用了間隔的裝修,每處都用通花圖案的屏風分隔,保持私隱感,而每處裝飾亦有點不同,如卡位,座椅或沙化的擺設都不同,很時尚。食物方面亦相當多選擇,除了點心和中菜,也有季節性的食物如蟹和羊腩煲等。我點了:-鮮蝦菜苗餃有3大隻,餡料是菜碎和鮮蝦,很清新爽甜。-原隻金箔蝦餃蝦肉爽口彈牙,面上加了金箔,增加名貴感。-脆脆紅米腸腸粉包滿脆脆和蝦肉,很有層次感。-蟹粉小籠包餡料加入蟹粉,增加鮮甜,味道濃郁,湯汁不多。-玉桂乳鴿表皮非常香脆, 肉質嫩。-杏汁燉花膠湯底味道濃郁,配料很足,有花膠,雞和瘦肉,混合杏汁熬製相當出色。

有3大隻,餡料是菜碎和鮮蝦,很清新爽甜。

腸粉包滿脆脆和蝦肉,很有層次感。

-蟹粉小籠包
餡料加入蟹粉,增加鮮甜,味道濃郁,湯汁不多。

-玉桂乳鴿
表皮非常香脆, 肉質嫩。

-杏汁燉花膠
湯底味道濃郁,配料很足,有花膠,雞和瘦肉,混合杏汁熬製相當出色。
