To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次經過寶盈花園，看到有一間新的湯麵店，發覺價錢不算貴，便試一試這裏的外賣。這間店舖不算大，已有五六台，很以便坐滿人。今次買了兩個面， $100有找，晚餐來說算很便宜。今次是一時菜肉雲吞上海麵，外賣乾濕分離，而且值得一題的是這間店舖很環保，用了紙製的碗裝湯和上海麵，加分加分。上海麵處理得不錯，拿到回家不會變成一餅餅，倒上湯之後建議滴幾滴辣椒油，因為清湯味道比較淡，菜肉雲吞啖啖肉，而且很大粒，味道不錯，整體算中上水平， 70分。
