Mussels 半份我們點了前菜Mussels半份,白酒煮青口、配蒜、蔥、番茜忌廉和酸麵包呈上。青口鮮甜與白酒的香氣配合,青口肉質鮮嫩,搭配濃郁的忌廉醬,再搭配酸麵包簡直絕配。⛧ 2. Duck Leg Confit 油封鴨腿鴨腿是傳統法國菜的經典之作。外皮金黃酥脆,內裡卻保持著鮮嫩的口感。油封的烹飪,鴨腿的肉質變得特別入味,加搭配的扁豆和香腸,口感加以豐富。⛧ 3. Seared “Three Yellow” Chicken 香煎「三黃雞」然後另一主菜點了香煎「三黃雞」,雞肉煎得金黃酥脆,外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩。意米飯全部吸收了雞肉的鮮汁,而黑松露泡沫的加上,擺盤令人驚嘆,視覺吸引。影相打卡之餘,食欲再增。⛧ 4. Seafood Ragout 海鮮馬賽魚湯意
