前幾日同屋企人去左呢間將軍澳嘅酒樓食飯,估唔到原來呢到嘅食物質素都幾高。濃湯花膠豬肚雞煲 $168呢個煲相當有驚喜,雞湯飲落味道濃郁,入口香滑,雞味濃得黎又有胡椒香氣,我地成煲湯飲曬。雞件有好多,大部分都係雞腿肉,所以好滑嫩,仲有大量豬肚同埋花膠。成個煲好足料好高質。將軍澳晚市組合C $348呢個晚市組合有三個菜式都幾抵食。黑松茸醬爆蝦球蝦球大隻彈牙,配上黑松露味,仲有啲爽脆嘅翠玉瓜同菇類,好食。薑蔥窩燒海斑件薑蔥爆香過嘅海斑件好惹味,用黎送飯一流。魚肉滑嫩,不過要小心細骨。即燒脆皮文昌雞(半隻)雞皮燒得好香脆好好食,雞肉滑嫩,有濃濃嘅鮮味,點埋鹹鹹甜甜嘅醬汁好好食。
