To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣壽司是眾所週知，高速列車很有趣，外賣也方便。不想排隊等位所以就叫了外賣～滿滿的好期待開餐。哈哈，是不是份量很多呢？看到都開心～有三文魚、燒三文魚、鮮蝦、甜蝦、帶子、魷魚、蟹腳、炸蝦卷、象物蚝、辣味三文魚、鰻魚～好滿足！三文魚就不過不失，尚算肥美。帶子倒是挺大件鮮甜，然後炸蝦卷跟燒三文魚較推，我也喜歡元氣的辣味三文魚感覺好惹味。蟹腳也是不錯，啖啖肉也是鮮的，還有甜蝦也是正常水平。元氣嘛可是大型連鎖店，雖不便宜但也不算貴，還可以啦～
