叫左碗黑蒜油赤味噌拉麵,一送到上枱面,完全沒有黑蒜油香氣,喝一口湯,係酸的,好酸。成碗面好難食,叉燒又乾爭爭又無豬肉味同好鬆散,麵底偏軟和有梘水味。但最伏最伏最差都係個湯底,湯底應該係一碗拉麵嘅靈魂,但呢碗湯底差到一啖都唔想再飲,好酸好奇怪,無黑蒜油味,又無味噌味,又無辣味,得個酸同油,好奇怪。本人好鍾意食湯麵,成日去唔同店食唔同嘅麵,將一碗拉麵整得咁難食都唔簡單,可以榮登食過最難食嘅拉麵Top3。
