而家將軍澳海旁開咗好多新餐廳,所以搵日放假就去試下。睇咗幾間都係西餐,唔係 pizza pasta 就係牛扒。見到呢間個裝修幾似法國小 bistro 嘅感覺,選擇亦都好似多啲,就揀呢間試下。老婆話想食生蠔同埋牛骨髓,所以叫咗兩樣做前菜。生蠔夠 creamy,平時食都係落兩滴檸檬汁,今次手痕試咗幾滴 mignonette sauce。出乎意料地咁夾。鴨肉不嬲都係我嘅至愛,但係坊間好少餐廳做得好食。呢度嘅 duck breast 非常有驚喜,皮脆肉嫩,佢嘅煮法比一般嘅生,所以如果怕生嘅就未必啱食。呢間一定係會經常幫襯嘅餐廳之一
