自從觀塘的Fish & Chick結業之後, 很久也沒有吃過它的Fish & Chips了, 新分店在將南海濱附近, 這裏應該是整個將軍澳最Chill的地方, 再加上附近新建私樓林立, 相信客路不會有太大問題, 希望生意興隆就是. Fish & Chick最重要也是最吸引的, 就是以本地漁獲作為他們魚類料理的食材, 這樣哪有不支持它的理由呢?這晚我們吃了來自本地的鯛魚和盲鰽, 前者用來做炸魚薯條, 肉質爽實, 切起來不會散開, 魚肉香味比較單薄, 但也因如此才能感受到其炸功之好和油的新鮮, 炸皮脆而夠酥香, 伴以沙律醬剛剛好. 後者香煎再配上黒醋, 魚香和魚油比前者強烈, 以黑醋中和簡單但是聰明的做法, 兩道本地魚以西方做法處理, 結果相當不錯, 正有香港中西合璧, 華洋共處的特色.It is so happy that Fish & Chick reopened her branch in Tsueng Kwan O that is closed enough to my home. It is so happy that Fish & Chick reopened her branch in Tsueng Kwan O that is closed enough to my home. She uses local fish for her fish cuisines that you should never miss. Fish & Chips using local sea bream is nice with the texture and the deep fried technique. Pan fried barramundi is so meaty and juicy with strong fresh taste, using vinegar to neutralize is always a simple but wise move.
