To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 潮庭潮庭位於將軍澳唐德街將軍澳中心2樓,餐廳裝修新派高尚典雅,餐廳主打廣東潮州菜,早午茶市有多款精美點心供應,餐廳以手機落單,熱騰騰的點心好快就到枱前。潮庭蝦餃皇$33有四粒好巨大嘅蝦餃,餡皮不太厚,餡內鮮蝦肉質彈牙爽口。鮮蝦腐皮卷$33三件鮮蝦腐皮卷,再一開二有六件,再點埋黑醋食,腐皮外脆,餡內除咗有鮮蝦還有芫茜香蔥,入口非常香脆。煎蓮藕餅$22蓮藕餅有三大件,煎得好香口,不太肥膩。蠔仔肉碎粥$50蠔仔粥好大碗,肉碎和蠔仔都不少,仲有香菇方魚乾和香蔥,非常足料,蠔仔新鮮,肉碎夠入味,非常滿足。
