今日行完將軍澳海傍,就順便食個early dinner,就搵到一間好有情調既西餐廳名叫Chef's Stage kitchen。餐廳格調好好,令人感覺好舒服,衛生環境亦都很舒適,好適合同情人黎享受。我地今日點左個二人套餐。頭盤我地要左一個吞拿魚沙津同一個龍蝦湯。吞拿魚無腥味,新鮮的蔬菜配上酸甜的醬汁非常開胃。龍蝦湯味道濃郁滑溜,感覺好足料。前菜是香煎珍寶帶子配釀煙三魚酥皮餡餅,帶子煎得岩岩好,生熟程度剛剛好,不會Over cooked,非常鮮美,煙三文魚餡餅很有特式可以一試。主菜我們要了白酒煮紐西蘭海鑽蜆扁意粉,和澳洲穀飼肉眼扒配香草牛油焗波士頓龍蝦尾加忌廉千層薯。海鑽蜆很鮮甜肥美,海水味濃配上白酒煮意粉清新而有點少辣,很開胃。而牛扒軟淋有肉汁龍蝦肉爽甜,非常夾,而且忌廉千層薯很有驚喜,香滑又有薯味,值得一試。飲品點了推介的冰磚鴛鴦,奶茶底香濃配上咖啡凍磚,好飲而又得適合打卡。另一杯點了Princess Heart, 外形美麗有層次,味道甜美,非常適合女孩子飲用。由餐廳環境食物飲品和服務都很好,值得推薦。
