是日和親戚去了坑口東港城,帶婆婆試試家上海,一行人都未試過這間上海菜館。我們一行10人,適合的套餐有兩款12人用的,最後選了「老上海套餐」。點餐時,職員提醒我們12人用的套餐份量很多,建議我們先點6人餐,不夠吃的話再散叫亦可,我們遂聽從職員的建議而叫了6人餐 ($1,488)。淮揚五福拼盤,拼盤有女兒紅醉雞、鎮江冰官肴蹄、涼拌陳醋紅蜇頭、蘇式燻魚及四喜烤麩。醉雞滑溜兼充滿酒香,酒味香而不烈。海蜇頭冰凍爽口,與青瓜製成涼拌,味道微酸開胃。燻魚又香又入味,但好需要牙力,口感偏硬。烤麩入味,香濃帶甜,口感鬆軟。瑤柱賽螃蟹,將魚起骨拆肉後,加入蛋白和瑤柱一起炒熟,口感軟滑,仿如吃蟹肉一樣。人氣No.1煙燻脆皮雞(半隻),雞皮十分香脆,肉質嫩滑,帶點雞油,充滿煙燻香又不會太鹹!果然是人氣No.1的招牌菜,全枱人都好滿意這道菜。黃金蝦球,蝦球炸得脆口不油膩,鹹蛋黃醬份量適中,令蝦球帶點鹹香之餘又不會令人覺得太重負擔。濃湯砂鍋餛飩雞(半份),湯底味道鮮美,雲吞皮薄餡料飽滿,津白入味,雞肉滑溜。好味之選!松鼠桂魚,炸好的桂魚澆上醬汁,味道酸甜惹味,魚肉仍帶點脆口,加入松子仁及菠蘿等配料,口感豐富。濃雞

用餐後,我們都對職員予以正評,不會為多賺客人的錢而要我們點未必吃得完的12人餐,添茶水也不會怠慢。加上食物質素佳,值得再光顧!
