印象中係人生第三次食熟成牛,不過講到去熟成牛專門店就真係第一次😗依間坐落係嘉里酒店嘅Bong設有自家嘅牛扒工場,主打乾式熟成90日嘅牛扒,熟成時間越長,可供食用嘅部分就會越少,所以咁矜貴都係不無道理🌞• Grill Octopus Salad with Red Paprika Salsa $178先嚟個沙律打開下個味蕾先!八爪魚燒過之後香氣好突出,口感柔軟唔韌,配上好特別嘅紅波椒醬,酸酸甜甜引起食慾😚• Homemade Tagliatelle with Dry-aged Beef Bolognese $258醬汁稍稀以至牛肉碎未能好好掛係意粉上面,導致食完意粉後剩低大量肉碎,不過味道倒是剛好,微酸嘅蕃茄味道清新又自然,如果濃稠返少少就真係完美😌• Dry-aged Ribeye Steak $538熟成牛扒當然係必點item!入口味道唔算好濃烈,不過餘韻就帶點Nuts同芝士嘅香氣,肉質有少少粗糙,配上六款調味料,包括有醃酸瓜、黃芥末、黑椒汁、海鹽、火山鹽同紫菜鹽,一塊牛扒試到六種唔同嘅風味✨• Today's Dessert $50焦糖燉蛋表現比較普通,好多餐廳都做得更好,所以唔特別
