又係隨心拎住相機走嘅一日,係中上環區見到好多bookmark左仲未去嘅cafe,亦有好多充滿特色嘅食店🏠去唔到旅行嘅日子就用心欣賞屬於自己嘅地方吧,其實香港到處都充滿驚喜😊🇭🇰影下影下就黎到HAKAWA,一間只係專門賣朱古力🍫嘅店舖,雖然本身唔係太好朱古力,但係聞到淡淡嘅可可味都係會忍唔住🤤《𝙲𝚘𝚕𝚍 𝙲𝚑𝚘𝚌𝚘𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚎 70%》3.8 / 5用咗來自越南嘅手工可可豆,配上岩鹽沖調,岩岩入口會比較苦澀,後有餘甘,對比平時用可可粉沖嘅朱古力,呢度嘅朱古力層次豐富好多👍🏻每一杯嘅朱古力都係慢工出細貨,多個繁複嘅步驟,先沖調到哩杯凍朱古力🍫👍🏻 底下仲有少少未溶晒嘅可可粉,見佢地一杯落嘅可可份量好足,所以特別濃郁,甘甜嘅味道徘徊喺口腔好耐,可惜口感相對亦冇咁順滑🤔不過呢種可可味同平時飲到嘅朱古力味好唔同,未必個個都會欣賞😬真係估唔到一杯朱古力,都可以好似飲咖啡咁講究☕️
