To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又是我不敢吃的東西-田螺,其實都是有殼好像蝸牛,所以我怕怕,今次它與我以往見過(吃過)的不同,因為它有黑松露,每一隻都最少有半茶匙的黑松露,下面是薯蓉和多士,黑松露芳香撲鼻,用小叉子將螺肉叉出來,原來螺的尾部(不能吃的部分)已預先處理了,可以放心食用!

非常重手的芝士味,外面吃不到如此豐富芝士味的卡邦尼,對極愛芝士的我實在無法抵擋,煙肉粒、洋蔥粒和蘑蘑片比例剛好,汁料又能掛在每條意粉上,不稀不少,且味道很均勻!

第一次吃到有炭燒味的牛肉,這個肉眼很大塊,我還以為只會有拳頭般大小,竟然手掌般大,為了吃到更多的肉汁,我們一致要求5成熟,火喉控制得很好,一切開,很粉嫩,而且挺突出的炭燒味,很香,除了紅酒汁還有黑松露粉,不過不用醮汁已很夠味。

共有3款甜點 - 朱古力榛子脆脆慕思、朱古力馬卡龍、泡芙,不會過甜,賣相靚,慕思很有層次,馬卡龍外面脆脆的,泡芙跟平時吃的不同,有些麥片類在上面,挺特別~

每一道食物都會更換餐具和碟子,非常細心的服務,配上美酒佳餚,簡直非一般的享受,難怪這麼多食客,我們吃飽仍有客人在外面等位呢!這次還幫我克服了吃生蠔和田螺!
