係近年大家都可能會對Omakasa 有所看淡,今次想係屋企附近食餐生日飯,老婆做咗功課最後選擇左鮨竜。入去都係本住試一試唔得就冇下次既心態。一開始食蒸蛋已經覺得唔錯,味道自然舒服。之後係過程中總廚都有詳細介紹自己嘅出品,如果你問多少少佢又會解答多少少。係介紹中知道所有汁醬甜品都係自家用時間去做。每道壽司或者係前菜都用唔同醬汁配搭出唔同層次味道,而係日本料理裏面最重要嘅飯亦係令我好滿意!總廚做出嚟嘅壽司飯夾落唔會散但食落依然有空氣感放入口就會鬆開,飯粒口感煙韌,總廚話佢用咗五種米做。何想言之佢係有幾痴線。成個menu有起有落完全冇悶場。亦唔會令你食到好油膩飽滯。最後因為生日既關係仲有特別驚喜!成餐飯既體驗絕對係對得住個價錢有多!今次係鮨竜食既一餐,我見到總廚Nic對自己出品同手藝既自信,要求同尊重!佢都好留意客人嘅舉動同感受。而餐廳服務亦非常有禮細心,唔會令你唔自在。所以係絕對推介俾大家。
